Welcome to my Volvo PV 444 restoration project site!

This project was started in October 2005 when I acquired my dad's old 1958 PV 444. As of May 2011 I have practically finished restoring the car to original running condition.

Update: I am writing a book on the story and restoration project and I plan to have it completed by the end of 2011 or early 2012. If you are interested in purchasing the book once it's finished, send me an e-mail so that I can add you to the list of potentially-interested buyers. In the meantime, I have removed some of the sections from the website that will later be used as content for the book. I will try to put some of the content back on the site within a few months as I get time.
